About Us

ZERO/LOCAL – I am patiently waiting for someone to ask me to design them an artful building that uses zero outside energy, zero outside water, generates zero waste and is constructed from local materials by local trades. A Living Building Challenge.

Thomas Dishlevoy Architecture consists of the owner and architect, Tom Dishlevoy, intern architect Emily Wessel, architectural technologists Dave Hartman and Jason Kipfer, and office manager Ellie Meertens.

Tom has been practicing on Vancouver Island since 1998, and in this time his firm has grown and amassed a significant portfolio of local work.

Tom is an Ambassador for Cascadia’s Living Building Challenge and the firm is a member of the Canada Green Building Council.
