The Creekside Commons Co-housing Community includes 18 duplexes grouped around three common green spaces and a central common house with shared dining, kitchen, lounge, meeting facilities and guest suite. Creekside is the first co-housing project in the Comox Valley based on principles of sustainable and shared use of common facilities which reduce environmental impacts and create a strong community. The parking lot is at the site entry, separate from residences, and the site design includes a wetland and walking path through a neighbouring park.
