No politics – just a collaboration of local expertise, research, and innovative planning concepts.

In this re-visioning of the commercially zoned land occupied between
26th and 29th Streets and Cliffe and Kilpatrick Avenues, we see
opportunity to increase land use density via mixed commercial and
residential zoning.
Pedestrian lanes interconnect ground floor commercial space, while upper floor residential units share roof top gardens.
